Bookkeeping & Cost
Cost per ticket, tabulated — the only way to judge if spend is worth the outcome.
Introduced at Warp 3. Once you're running multiple agents, tokens add up fast. Bookkeeping is what turns “the agents did a lot” into “here's what each outcome cost” — the instrumentation that keeps higher warp accountable.
Track cost per ticket
Track cost per ticket and tabulate totals to see where tokens go. This is the only way to judge whether spend is worth the outcome — a feature that took ten dollars of agent time to ship is a very different decision from one that took two hundred.
Don't spec-creep
There's always another feature. Cost visibility is what keeps you honest about which ones are actually worth building — without it, scope expands silently and the bill arrives later.
Default monitoring processes
Set up default processes for monitoring longer tasks while you're away, so a runaway job shows up as a cost line and a status check rather than a surprise.
